Own That Body is a resource helping you advocate for body positivity, health at every size and feminism, aiming to shut-down diet culture once and for all. Founder, Marlo Olsen, is not a counsellor or psychologist, but rather an eating disorder and sexual abuse survivor, and passionate activist for mental wellbeing, positive body image, and eating disorder recovery.

The aim of OTB is to encourage women from here in regional Australia where we’re founded, to the farthest reaching corners of the globe, to be who they are, to love who they are, and to politely, or, not so politely, kick dieting out of their lives for good.

Come with us on this journey as we delve into, and slowly build a community that can radicalise the way women see themselves and their bodies, and in turn, put an end to diet culture.
